The role involves continuous collaboration across multiple mission-critical projects, based on business needs. br br You will provide services as an strong independent, self-employed professional /strong under a formal strong independent contractor agreement /strong . br br strong How to Apply: /strong Interested candidates should submit their resume in English detailing their relevant experience. br strong br Role Summary: /strong br As a Controls Designer, you will support the design and documentation of control systems for mission-critical projects, including large-scale data centers. This role is focused on developing high-quality design and modeling deliverables in close coordination with controls engineers and multidisciplinary teams. There is a strong strong emphasis on Revit-based design /strong , as well as supporting broader low-voltage systems, including fire alarm, where applicable. This position is well-suited for someone with a solid technical foundation who can contribute to production work and help scale project delivery. br br strong Key Responsibilities: /strong /p ul li Develop and produce control system design drawings and models using Revit. /li li Support the design of building automation and control systems for HVAC and related systems under the guidance of senior engineers. /li li Assist with layout, schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel designs for control systems. /li li Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and other disciplines to ensure integrated and consistent design delivery. /li li Contribute to low-voltage system design efforts, including controls, fire alarm, and related systems as needed. /li li Update and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project standards. /li li Support design reviews by incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions. /li li Assist with the preparation of submittals, as-built drawings, and commissioning documentation. /li li Follow internal QA/QC processes and applicable industry standards and codes. /li /ul p br strong Qualifications amp; Experience: /strong /p ul li A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field, is preferred (or equivalent practical experience). /li li 3+ years of experience in controls design, building systems, or extra low-voltage systems. /li li Proficiency in strong Autodesk Revit is required /strong - not less than 1 year of constant using. /li li Basic understanding of BAS/BMS systems, DDC controls, and integration with HVAC systems. /li li Exposure to fire alarm and/or other low-voltage systems (security, communications) is a plus. /li li Detail-oriented with strong organizational and coordination skills. /li li Able to work effectively in a team environment and support multiple projects simultaneously. /li li Good communication skills and ability to follow technical direction. /li /ul p br strong Why Us? /strong /p ul li Perform on high-profile, hyperscale, and AI strong data center projects /strong in a rapidly expanding industry. /li li Collaborate with leading professionals and global clients such as Microsoft, Oracle, Uber, and Amazon. /li li Competitive terms of the contract. /li li A dynamic environment fostering creativity through exposure to advanced techno
