Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of taskbider.com. By creating an account, posting a role, subscribing to alerts or otherwise using the site, you agree to them. Last updated 24 August 2026.

What TaskBider is

TaskBider is a job board and directory for CAD, BIM and technical drafting work. We connect employers and freelancers. We are not an employer, an employment agency, or a party to any contract you agree with someone you find through the site.

Accounts

• You must be at least 16 and provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for its security.
• Roles on TaskBider (candidate, employer, admin) are assigned by us. The employer role is granted only after we verify a company.
• We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms.

Posting a job

By posting a role you confirm that:

• You are authorised to recruit for the company named in the listing.
• The listing discloses a genuine salary or rate range. Salary transparency is a condition of publishing on TaskBider, not an optional field.
• The role is real and currently open. No pipeline-building, MLM, unpaid "internships" presented as jobs, or pay-to-apply schemes.
• The listing complies with applicable employment and anti-discrimination law.
• You grant us a non-exclusive licence to display, translate and syndicate the listing, including in email digests and search results.

We review submissions before publication and may edit, reject or remove any listing at our discretion.

Candidate content

You own what you upload to your profile and grant us a licence to display it on the public site. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to share, and do not include client-confidential drawings or models in a portfolio link.

Aggregated listings

Some listings are imported from public third-party job feeds and are marked as such. We link to the original source for applications and do not control their accuracy, availability or hiring process. Verify details with the employer before applying.

Acceptable use

• No scraping, bulk harvesting of profiles, or automated account creation.
• No spam, phishing, malware or attempts to bypass access controls.
• No misrepresenting your identity, company or experience.
• No use of the site to solicit fees from candidates.

Rate and salary data

Rate benchmarks, salary bands and country comparisons published on TaskBider are estimates compiled from listings, offers and public market data. They are provided for guidance only and are not financial, legal or career advice.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available but provide it "as is", without warranties. Features may change or be withdrawn.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, TaskBider is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or loss arising from a hiring decision, an engagement agreed through the site, or reliance on rate benchmarks. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Termination

You may close your account at any time from your dashboard. We may terminate access for breach of these terms. Published listings may remain in the public archive after an account closes.
