Pay data

Every salary and hourly figure on the site comes from a single dataset. When an employer states pay, we show it as stated. When they don't, we show a market estimate derived from that dataset and label it "estimate". We never present an estimate as an employer's offer.

Job listings

Listings are imported daily from employer sources, filtered for CAD/BIM relevance and removed after 45 days. Closed roles lose their job markup so search engines never show an expired vacancy as open.

Guides & cost pages

Each guide and cost page is reviewed against the dataset and live postings before publication and shows its review date. We do not publish AI-generated filler or pages without a reason to exist.

Profiles

Freelancer and company profiles show only information submitted by the person or backed by live vacancies. We never create fake profiles.

Found an error? Tell us — we aim to correct confirmed mistakes within 5 working days.
