Our services span civil/site engineering, transportation engineering, electrical engineering, landscape architecture, architecture, planning, environmental services, land surveying, GIS, construction inspection, precast, and construction engineering, each offering opportunities to shape communities and improve lives. /p p br /p p strong What You’ll Do as a Precast Design Engineer /strong /p ul li Lead and execute precast engineering and design tasks efficiently. /li li Collaborate with project teams to deliver structurally sound, cost-effective, and visually appealing precast concrete designs. /li li Perform and review structural analysis and calculations to ensure safety under various loads and conditions. /li li Select materials and components for precast concrete production that meet strength, durability, and sustainability standards. /li li Create accurate drawings, plans, and specifications for precast projects aligned with industry design standards. /li li Support cost estimation for materials /li li Support Project Managers and Designers throughout the project lifecycle. /li li Promote, utilize and support QA/QC processes to guarantee quality deliverables. /li li Guide and mentor junior staff. /li /ul /div br div class="job-listing-header" Requirements /div br div p strong What You Bring, Your Expertise as a Precast Design Engineer /strong /p ul li B.S. degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, Master’s preferred /li li 5 -10 years minimum Precast concrete design engineering experience /li li Experience in precast concrete design engineering for transportation infrastructure and underground structures (utility vaults, manholes, drainage structures and pump stations) preferred /li li Familiarity with ACI 318, ACI 350, ASCE-7, AASHTO /li li Familiarity with IBC codes a plus /li li Professional Engineering License (PE) preferred or ability to obtain it /li li Proficiency in AutoCAD amp; RISA 3D /li li Professional performance aligned with Fisher’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values /li li Dedicated to fostering trusting relationships through collaboration, integrity, respect, and active listening /li li Proven ability to deliver quality work through critical thinking, problem-solving, and sound judgment /li li Proactively own projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, growth environment. /li li Superior organizational and planning skills with keen attention to detail /li li Curious and improvement-minded, embracing feedback and continuously seeking better solutions. /li /ul p strong Why You’ll Love Working at Fisher /strong /p ul li strong You are empowered /strong to achieve exceptional results through collaboration and leadership of multidisciplinary design teams. /li li strong Your voice /strong matters in our inclusive culture, where accessible leadership welcomes ideas and feedback. /li li strong Your
