Reporting to the West Region VP of Construction and Design. The b Regional Civil Design Engineering Project Manager /b nbsp;will be working with the Sales and Construction teams and guide the athletic facility design process. Engineer will help design, manage and complete the West Regional Design project workloads including Autocad production drawings, permitting, and performing stormwater design and calculations utilizing HydroCAD and/or Hydraflow for hydraulics and hydrology tasks. Work will be for all levels of athletic facilities and accompanying infrastructure design and construction. /p p /p p b Tarkett Sports /b is a world leader in sports construction and surfacing. Prepare schedules, assign projects, update project data base /li li b Prepare and negotiate design agreements /b including schedule, scope, and budget /li li b Prepare /b and submit project permitting packages. /li li b Lead the team in preparing technical storm water calculations /b for athletic facility development. /li li b Prepare technical reports, memos, and exhibits /b to support project documentation. /li li b Perform /b technical review of drawings, specifications, calculations, shop drawings, and other engineering documents for conformance with industry standards and company recommendations /li li b Perform /b preliminary engineering evaluations, including quantity take-offs and opinions of probable construction cost b . /b /li li b Conduct research and select technical reference data /b for project specifications. /li li b Support the sales team /b with concept designs and sales meetings with clients. /li li b Highly communicative role /b —must be comfortable interacting with b jurisdictions, peers, clients, and supervisors /b to ensure project success. /li li b Ensure compliance /b with company safety regulations, standard operating procedures, and quality standards. /li li b Collaborate with installation crews, subcontractors, and sales teams /b to resolve technical and operational challenges. /li li b Perform /b site construction visits and prepare associated field reports. /li li b Review and approve subcontractor invoices /b and assist project managers in billing, design, and engineering tasks. /li li b Oversee project closeout /b , including Certificates of Completion, As-Builts, and final checklists. /li li b Provide subject matter expertise /b to sales and customers to secure contracts. /li /ul p /p p b Experience amp; Education Desired: nbsp; nbsp; /b /p ul li b Bachelor’s degree /b in Civil Engineering or a related field, or a technical school
