You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with project specifications and deliver high-quality interior documentation solutions. This role offers a dynamic and challenging opportunity to showcase your expertise and contribute to groundbreaking projects. /p p br /p h3 Responsibilities /h3 ul li Create detailed interior documentation using Archicad software: 3D Model, Constructive Drawings, Demolition Plans, etc. /li li Create attractive photorealistic interior renderings. /li li Collaborate with architects amp; designers to ensure accurate interpretation of project specifications /li li Review and revise interior documentation based on feedback and requirements /li li Maintain a thorough understanding of industry codes, regulations, and standards /li li Contribute to the development and improvement of interior documentation processes and procedures /li li Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to address project-related queries and challenges /li li Stay updated with the latest advancements in Archicad software and recommend enhancements to optimize project efficiency /li /ul br br strong Requirements /strong br ul li Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field /li li Proven experience as an Archicad Expert, with a focus on interior documentation. /li li Proficiency in Archicad software including creating 3D models, generating construction documentation, and managing project data /li li Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and precise interior documentation solutions /li li Fluent in English.
