You aren't just joining a department; you are joining a community dedicated to making On the most culturally resonant brand in the market where it all began. /p /td /tr tr td p strong YOUR MISSION /strong /p br ul li strong Spearhead End-to-End Campaign Production: /strong Own the execution lifecycle for regional campaign builds, managing technical site surveys, blueprint translation, supplier sourcing, and final on-site installation. /li li strong Drive Strategic Budget Ownership: /strong Manage and optimize the EMEA campaign production budget, balancing cost efficiency, regional scale, and uncompromised premium design output. /li li strong Cultivate High-Performing Vendor Networks: /strong Audit, expand, and manage regional supplier and production agency relationships to ensure seamless delivery, operational agility, and high execution standards across Europe, the GCC, and Africa. /li li strong Bridge Global Concept to Regional Reality: /strong Partner directly with Global Studios and EMEA Campaign Designers to adapt global storytelling into locally resonant, technically sound physical installations. /li li strong Elevate Retail Environments: /strong Lead the regional rollout of On’s Blueprints initiative, elevating key doors, pop-up concepts, and permanent retail spaces through innovative production solutions. /li li strong Champion Operational Excellence /strong : Establish scalable production processes, standardizing quality control, logistics workflows, and cross-functional handoffs between retail marketing, commercial teams, and external partners. /li /ul br p strong YOUR STORY /strong strong br br /strong /p ul li strong Typically we look for around 5 years of relevant retail/campaign production experience. /strong Previous experience across premium or large scale brands that have gone through large expansions is valued. /li li strong Proven Production amp; Spatial Execution Skills: /strong Demonstrated experience leading multi-site retail campaign production, 3D spatial installations, or visual merchandising production across complex, international environments. /li li strong Preferably you bring Technical 3D Skills: /strong Hands-on experience working with 3D design software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD, or vector tools) to review blueprints, audit spatial layouts, and guide technical production builds. /li li strong Multi-Channel Agility: /strong Experience producing physical brand act
