About the role

BuildForm Studio is looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator to join our freelance network and support international construction and architectural projects.

Responsibilities

Coordinate BIM models between architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
Review models for accuracy and compliance with project standards.
Perform clash detection and coordinate clash resolution.
Manage model exchanges between project teams.
Prepare coordination reports and identify modeling issues.
Communicate with architects, engineers, and contractors.
