About the role
We are looking for a BIM Modeler to create and maintain accurate architectural BIM models for residential and commercial projects.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain detailed architectural BIM models
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections and construction documentation
- Coordinate models with structural and MEP disciplines
- Review drawings for accuracy and consistency
- Update BIM models based on design changes
