This is a remote position. We are seeking a professional and experienced Architect based in the Philippines to join our team remotely and take the lead in designing and delivering high-quality commercial buildings. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of commercial buildings at least 5 or 6 levels high. Create detailed architectural drawings and plans using AutoCAD. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders remotely to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and standards. Present architectural designs to clients and stakeholders, gathering feedback and making necessary adjustments. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently. Must-Have Qualifications: Proven experience in designing and delivering commercial buildings at least 5 or 6 levels high. Strong portfolio showcasing your previous work in commercial architecture. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant architectural software. Excellent understanding of building codes, standards, and construction processes. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: - Licensed Architect. Experience with other architectural software such as Revit, SketchUp, etc. Familiarity with sustainable building practices and green certifications.
