Role Overview The Detailer I supports construction projects through the creation, coordination, and management of shop drawings, BIM modeling, and MEP systems. Working under the direction of more experienced detailers, the role produces basic plumbing and piping shop drawings, maintains organized project documentation, and assists with clash detection and MEP coordination. This is an entry point into the detailing career path. The Detailer I collaborates with design and build teams, participates in construction and project meetings, and builds proficiency in Navisworks, Revit, and AutoCAD while contributing to project efficiency and accuracy. This is a remote role. This role may be filled at varying levels based on the candidate's skills, experience, and overall qualifications. Final title, level, and compensation will be determined through the interview and assessment process and will be aligned with internal equity and external market benchmarks.
