About this role
ABOUT GMR MARKETING We are the Experience Agency Making Unforgettable Stories Born of Humanity NOT JUST EXPERIENTIAL. EXPERIENCE. The lines have blurred. People live in the physical, digital, and social worlds all at once, and your brand experiences should do the same. NOT JUST TELLING. MAKING. The best stories are lived, not heard. Make an immersive world for people to explore so they can experience something they’ll never forget. NOT JUST CONSUMERS. HUMANS. It all starts with the human. If you want to make a lasting impact, look beyond the wallet to understand what motivates and inspires people. You see space differently. You understand that great 3D design is about more than what looks good on screen. It’s about how a space feels, how people move through it, how materials behave, and how every detail comes together to create an experience. You can take an idea from conceptual sketches to production-ready documentation, balancing creative ambition with the realities of fabrication, production, and installation. You’re not just a renderer. You’re a creative partner who can shape the idea from the start. You know when to push a concept further, when to challenge the expected, and how to turn a strong creative direction into something people can actually experience. You bring a deep understanding of materials, spatial design, and the technical details that make ambitious ideas work in the real world. Your 3D thinking helps shape more than individual projects. It helps shape entire campaigns. You’ll work alongside Design Directors, Creative Directors, and production specialist, bringing your perspective to the table and pushing what’s possible in spatial design. You’re curious enough to explore what’s next, skilled enough to make it real, and bold enough to rethink what 3D can do. REQUIRED SKILLS Lead the spatial vision. You’ll lead 3D design for major projects, transforming briefs into compelling spatial narratives that move from concept to built reality. You’ll develop spatial systems, architectural concepts, and material palettes that can flex across environments, campaigns, and multiple brand touchpoints. Make the vision feel real. You’ll create photorealistic renderings that capture the full experience, including lighting, materials, human scale, atmosphere, and brand narrative. Your work doesn’t simply visualize an idea; it makes people believe in it. Shape the creative direction. You’ll partner with Creative Directors and Design Directors to translate ideas into space, challenge assumptions, and push concepts into new territory. You understand that spatial design is more than aesthetics. It shapes how people move, interact, experience, and remember a brand. Take ideas all the way to reality. You’ll move ambitious concepts into production through technical development, production documentation, fabrication, and installation. You understand what happens when a design leaves the screen and enters the physical world, and you know how to design for that moment. A deep understanding of materials, fabrication methods, environmental design, and real-world performance is essential. Build cohesive experiences. You’ll collaborate with 2D and Motion Designers to connect spatial design to the larger visual system, creating brand experiences that feel considered and cohesive from every angle. Present with confidence. You’ll lead complex client presentations, communicate spatial concepts clearly, and make a compelling case for your creative decisions. You know how to bring people into the vision and take them along for the ride. Master your tools and keep exploring. You bring expert level proficiency in Cinema 4D, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and/or Rhino, along with experience using rendering plugins and AI enabled workflows. You also have strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat. You’re curious about emerging technology and know how to use new tools to make the work smarter, faster, and mor
