This is a remote position. Our client is looking for an Architectural Designer with strong technical design expertise and experience supporting hospitality, multifamily, or commercial interior architecture projects. They are an award-winning multidisciplinary design firm specializing in hospitality and branded environments, with a growing portfolio of projects across North America and international markets. Their work combines interior architecture, design, branding, and creative strategy to create distinctive spaces, and their recent work has continued to receive industry recognition. The ideal candidate has at least five years of relevant professional experience, advanced Revit capabilities, and a solid understanding of construction documentation. This person should be comfortable managing detailed architectural work independently while collaborating remotely with designers, consultants, and project leadership. Responsibilities Develop and coordinate interior architectural documentation throughout multiple phases of a project. Create detailed Revit drawing packages, including floor plans, elevations, sections, construction details, and related documentation. Coordinate architectural drawings and technical information with interior designers, external consultants, and project leadership. Review shop drawings, submittals, and supporting documentation to confirm accuracy and consistency with the project's design intent. Participate actively in virtual project coordination meetings and communicate updates, questions, and potential issues with relevant stakeholders. Assist with quality control of architectural documentation and help identify and resolve drawing or coordination issues. Maintain organized and accurate project files while meeting established deadlines. Incorporate digital and AI-assisted tools when appropriate to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. Work effectively within a collaborative, creative, and fast-paced project environment. Support projects remotely while remaining available for occasional travel related to site visits, important project milestones, or client presentations. Requirements 5+ years of professional experience in hospitality, multifamily, commercial interior architecture, or a closely related environment. Strong professional proficiency in Revit, which is a core requirement for this position. Working knowledge of AutoCAD. Demonstrated experience developing and coordinating construction document sets. Ability to produce technically accurate plans, elevations, sections, and architectural details. Strong understanding of architectural documentation and project coordination. Ability to work independently and remain productive in a fully remote environment. Strong organizational and deadline-management skills. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Ability to consistently work with substantial overlap with U.S. Central Time. Availability for occasional project-related travel when required. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or a related discipline. Equivalent professional experience may also be considered. Strong attention to detail and commitment to documentation quality. Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and leadership.
