About this role

OnZero is seeking an experienced and proactive BIM Manager to act as the owner's representative for our ongoing development and construction projects. You will take ownership of the project's digital lifecycle, ensuring that our data platform and BIM processes serve OnZero 's strategic goals from early conceptual design through to facility management handover. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary BIM Manager / Coordinator (Owner's Rep), overseeing the software architecture and ensuring all models meet the owner's requirements. Establish and manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / Forma. Ensure consultants and specialist designers are fully aware of project’s digital lifecycle responsibilities. Implement model information criteria to facilitate automated quantity takeoffs, ensuring object properties align with cost management and purchasing workflows. Monitor the resolution of identified design "Issues" directly within the system prior to the construction phase. Verify that all data mandated by the Exchange Information Requirements (EIR) has been accurately embedded into the project models. Technical review of BIM models for federation, clash detection and logistics. Participate in BIM kick-off meetings and reviews with consultants and specialist designers. Handover agreed digital lifecycle strategy to project team at tender meetings Requirements B2B Requirement: You must operate as an independent contractor with a valid, registered Company ID (Business/VAT number). Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in the Autodesk ecosystem, specifically Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Autodesk Docs, BIM Collaborate (Pro), and Autodesk Forma. Experience: Proven track record working as a BIM Manager, preferably managing projects from the client or owner perspective. Standards Knowledge: Strong practical understanding of ISO 19650 standards for information management. Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with lead designers, specialized designers, main contractors and owner.
