Convert GPX to KML in your browser

Turn GPS tracks and waypoints into a KML you can open in Google Earth or hand to a client, without uploading survey data anywhere. Tracks become LineStrings, waypoints become Points, elevations are kept.

手順

  1. 1Drop the .gpx file above.
  2. 2Download the .kml and open it in Google Earth to sanity-check the alignment against imagery.
  3. 3For a client hand-off, zip the .kml to .kmz if you also need to ship icons or overlays.
  4. 4For CAD, bring the same data into Civil 3D or QGIS and reproject into your project grid before drafting.

注意点

  • Route (<rte>) elements are not converted — tracks and waypoints are. Re-save routes as tracks in your GPS software if you need them.
  • GPX timestamps, heart-rate and other extensions are dropped: they have no place in plain KML geometry.
  • Output is WGS 84, as KML requires.
