Convert KML to GPX in your browser

Passo per passo

1. 1Drop the .kml file above. (For a .kmz, unzip it first and use the doc.kml inside.)
2. 2Download the .gpx and load it onto your GPS unit, or into QGIS, Civil 3D or a survey app.
3. 3Check that single points arrived as waypoints and paths as tracks — that mapping is what most GPS units expect.
4. 4Confirm the coordinate system on import: KML is always WGS 84, so reproject if your drawing is in a local grid.

A cosa fare attenzione

• Styling, icons, descriptions and polygons have no GPX equivalent: names, coordinates and elevations are what carry across.
• Polygon rings arrive as tracks rather than closed areas, because GPX has no polygon type.
• Very large KML exports are fine here — the work is local, so there is no upload limit.
